Pension Funds not paid out with no explaination.

I'm an ex employee with the FirstRand group and unfortunately Momentum is their service provider. I have not received my Pension fund package, I've emailed them all the documents that they said i must email. However i keep getting the automated response and I'm tired of following up for money which belongs to me. What is the process of the payouts and why hasn't anyone responded to my emails?
