Pension funds

Momentum is the worst of the worst company to ever invest nor have your pension funds allocated to. It's been 2 months now since my father waited for his pension funds, the first time he did his follow up he was told that the sars official that is handling this is on leave fine now on the 2nd follow up he was told that before close of business on 11.12. 2024 the funds will be in his account but until now nothing was transferred. My question is why should he be given this runarounds with his own hard earned money? Why is he been **** to? This is honestly unfair and annoying next thing when he calls then no one picks up, this is absolutely ******* because now all his plans are inconvenienced
