Pension fund payout

Momentum retirement is the worst. They took over Akani sometime ago and hasn’t paid out my mothers claim even today. My mother retired in 2019 and she still hasn’t received her pension fund. When Momentum took over one person will tell you she’s not on the system when you call again another person gives you a different story. I was told they are loading her details into the system and that the whole process would be complete in 26 days. That was beginning of May and till now they no longer answering my emails. They are taking advantage of old people who cannot speak for themselves these ones. Pay people their hard earned monies please
