Pension fund payment

My name is Duduzile Mnguni

I have app**** for my pension fund TRF with Momentum two months ago and to date no correspondence received. I did follow on the 19th October and was told some Doc missing. I submitted immediately and still nothing received. This delay with no correspondence is unacceptable to me. If they have paid my pension already they should tell me to who coz the waiting period of processing has exceeded by far.
