Pension fund not received after a month of claiming

I resigned from my company in July 2024. Momentum had been administering our pension/provident fund. On the 7th August I was sent a smart link to follow in order to state what I wish to happen with my funds. I duly followed the prompts and requested a 100% cash out. I have since been waiting for the money. I've made several calls (I have call records) and 3 emails with my enquiry and keep being told all docs were received in good order and funds are awaiting authorization and still to no avail. It has been over a month now. I have registered for a short course and need the money in order to be able to qualify for assessments and the due date is on Friday the 13th Sept and I still haven't received the money. The last two emails I've sent haven't even received a response.
