Pension fund claim turn around time

I am disappointed in the service I have been receiving from momentum , I filled for my pension fund claim on the 16 October through FNB and I never received any confirmation from momentum to say they have received the claim I called to confirm if it was received and was told yes it was received I then asked how many days does it take for the payout to be processed, I was advised 26 days after they received the claim, I called again today just to make sure payout day is this week but I was then advised it will be in December , I am totally disappointed by thier lack of communication and there was no clarity as to why it will be paid in December not after 26 days! It seems like the agents do not know what they are doing , I need correct information by the end of today
