Pension fund claim taking forever
I am really disappointed in the customer service its been 2 weeks since my client app**** for pension funds. Everyday the same reply from consultants that there is a IT problem, Request was queued due to some IT problem, no one ever comes back to me. Why is a simple request that needs to take at the most 4 days taking this long with no response.
Really disappointed in such a big name and company
