Pension fund claim delay!

Seems as I have sadly also joined the long list of all the people waiting for a pension fund payout. I changed employers and need my pension fund transferred and a portion of it paid out to me. I’ve called the call center numerous times and each time I’ve been told that I need to speak to a lady by the name of Sharon Laing who is never available to take my call. The call center agents always say they’ve left her a message to call me but she never calls or emails. I referred the matter to her manger Stephen Waterston who was very helpful but has now had to hand the matter back to Sharon. When I called early January I was told the process takes 10 working days. It’s almost March and still nothing. I’ve sent everything they require weeks ago but nothing is happening. This is very frustrating.
