Pension fund claim

I submitted my pension fund claim form on the 8th August 2024, since today nothing has bee done. Every time when I call I get told different stories by the consultants before they drop my call or decide to just transfer me to someone else because they don't have answers. I have been told 2 weeks ago that it's been escalated but when I called today another agent said she is going to escalate the matter. I asked for a team leader to call me back and I'm still waiting.
