Pension fund case

My father was working for ****rtnet/Transnet ,for 29 years.He passed away in 2007 march 14..After his funeral,we went to do all the claims for his money at Momentum ( Durban office's). They said we should wait for the money to be released,but no money was received.We were only getting sum of R1,200 monthly(pension) until year 2019 July ,we went back to Momentum offices to do the follow up..They were lot of stories they told us..They said, it's blank they don't see anything on the system,they also said the money was released.When we asked for the proof of payment,they failed to provide us.They said we should leave our cell numbers they will call us back.That never happened,no call was received.. December 2019 we received an amount of R10 000 which they said it was the bonus which we never received for 11 years..We decided to write to Ombudsman for assistance,year 2023..They did the investigation,that is when they found out that Momentum never release the money.. Ombudsman said we should send all the documents again,we did.. After all of that,they said the trustees meeting will sit on November 2024,and the decision will be taken after the meeting..Now is April 2025 nothing has happened,when we call them they say they are still waiting for the trustees feedback...
