Pension fund administrators

I have sent in my pension fund withdrawal instruction on 4 December. I have called a number of times requesting a status on the process and they said the payment will be done within the next 6 working days. Yersteday ****h of February) I called again requesting a status and Sheron(The administrator) told me that it will payout nex week Thursday. She only started processing it yesterday. This is very frustrating and it's such an inconvenience. I need my money to be paid out immediately. I cannot wait any longer. I cannot wait until next week Thursday.
