If i could give a zero star I would. Horrible the worst experience Ive had in my entire life. Me and my mother have been struggling for months my father passed away in August and we still haven’t gotten money, not only that the people we are supposed to talk to and help us answer the phone then ignore us, leave us on hold, dont talk at all, are not helping. They see its our number and leave us on hold or dont speak at all. We have multiple video evidence of this if this does not change we will take action and push it up the chain.
