Pension Fund

I submitted my online form for the withdrawal of my pension on the 8th May 2026. On the 24 May 2026 , I call to follow up, I get told they waiting for me. Waiting for what when I gave you everything! What is the point of this form? They then “record” what I want on that phone call. Still get no communication, I call the 25th to see why I received no email confirmation , and then get told she didn’t record what we discussed. Since then I call every day and get told this person is on leave or this person is sick and it will take passed onto a senior administrator. Almost a month later and no progress on a “26 working day” lead time.

If I was you I would never put my pension with them ! Waste of time
