Pension Claim Delayed with no Communication

I resigned from work in February 2025 and upon exit I completed forms to chash out my pension. I went to Momentum on the 10tj of Mach to find out whay was happening since there was no communication and I was told they recieved my application. I went in again five weeks later only to find that a note was filed regarding my savings and no one contacted me about it. I have been to their offices 5 times already I and i keep getting told the payment will happen within the next 5 working day. Even when I sent emails to follow up the lady handling my claim never bothers to respond. Momentum has got a terrible service.
