Payout waiting period.

Waiting period for payouts is ridiculous. Me as a client pays monthly, on time every month. However their payout period takes up to 6 weeks. If i am a member of a scheme why should it take so long to process a claim. When i called the company the 1st time to find out the stage of my claim, it was being verified. I called a second time a week later it was still in a verified state. Called a 3rd time a week after the 2nd time and still it is in the verification stage. How many verification stages are there?? And why??? Yes i understand that its for security and safety.... But come on, you didn't need to verify my payments made...
