Payment of pension

i called Momentum Funds At Work nearly 2 weeks ago and was advised that my pension would pay out either 18 or 19 August 2015. i called them on Monday 24 aug and was transferred to the paymetns department and spoke to Michelle who informed me that payment would be made on that day. i waited and the payment still did not come through. i called on tuesday 25 Aug and spoke to Michelle again and she advised that it would be paid out on that day being the 25th of aug and that it would reflect within 24 hours and that i would receive an SMS. it is now wednesday 26 Aug and nothing has come through yet we both use FnB accounts. this is not acceptable at all. why is it that when it is time to pay out it is such a hassle but when they were taking the money and inveting it it was not an issue. i just want my funds and in the future i dont thinki will invest with Momentum if this is the hastles one gets just do admin. Please may you inform me when i will get my money ASAP! this is unacceptable service or the lack of it to say the least! <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Momentum Retirement Administrators to Momentum by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
