Payment

Good day<br> <br> I have submitted a withdrawal on my retirement annualty and every time I call the call centre for feedback I get a difference story and no one is able to tell me when I can expect my money. I didn't expect this kind of service from Momentum. Today my girlfriend called Momentum the first agent said payment was done on Monday and I should receive payment today however she called again since she didn't get a call reference number and she was told payment will be done today and I can expect payment within 48 hours so who is correct among the two agents. I just proper feedback from Momentum
