Pay me my money!!!

Okay so all I want is my pension fund money paid out,it's not a lot of money but it's mine and I want it paid out ASAP!When I resigned from my previous company,I was advised that it will take up to 6 weeks for the money to be paid out.Guess what?I'm still waiting for it.

So I make a phone call to follow up on my payment and they tell me they first need to move the funds over to my previous company new administrator according to 'section 13'.So are you telling me that in the last 6 weeks there is nothing you have done with regards to movement of my funds?My money is still sitting with you guys when I requested for it to be paid out!

It's either you pay me directly or move the funds over to Discovery so I can get my money.I'm honestly tired of the constant phone calls I have been making.From what I can remember,my previous company changed administrators at the beginning of 2019 already but my money is still sitting with you.I can't even be given SLA of when the money will be moved,so lets say after 2 more months,my money is moved to Discovery,then I have to wait another 6 weeks for the money to be paid out?

Really guys,just pay me already!I just want my money
