PATHETIC WOULD BE A COMPLIMENT

I sent in all the paperwork they asked for and it’s been three weeks with no updates. I’ve sent so many emails but all I get are automated replies or random emails where I’m CC’d with something like 'Kindly assist the client with the query below,' just so it looks like they’re doing something, but I highly doubt it. They don’t set any clear expectations or give you proper timelines—it’s all just a big runaround. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. As soon as they pay out my claim, I’m done with them.
