pathetic service resulting in a lapsed policy

I ever regret acquiring the services of momentum. I have a RA, life policy and multiply. For the past 4 weeks i have been trying to contact Momentum to change my banking details, firstly i only ever get voicemail and if i do get through i am being sent from pillar to post and nobody knows how the hell to help me.

I have been dealing with Ramara Maponyane who i think is absolutely dumb and ***********. Its scary that Momentum is hiring such stupid people. two weeks ago i spoke to her, changed all details and made arrangements, she agreed and advised she will email me all the relevant changes. She calls me yesterday to ask me if i know my policy lapsed and when i asked her if she knows what she is doing, she cut the call, today she sends me an email to ask the same question!!!!!!

OMG can people be so stupid. All i want is for my bank details to be changed, i dont want to cancell my policy, and i certainly dont want it lapsed!!!! Today i called again, i explained my issue to about 7 different people, i was trnasferred from pillar to post and finally got voicemail.....Unbelievable for momentum....

Dear Ms Moodley,
I confirm that the debit orders for your Provider Series policy was reinstated and that the debit order for R275.39 will commence effective 1 March 2017. As per your discussion with our retentions department, we have arranged to collect a special debit for R750 on 1 March 2017, R750 on 1 April 2017 and thereafter for the normal recurring debit order of R500 to commence with effect 1 May 2017 for your Investo policy.
We still need a written instruction from you in which you instruct Momentum to reactivate your Multiply benefit and give Momentum permission to take a double debit from your bank account in March for the arrears premium and March premium due. Suresh Moodley from our escalations department has confirmed that he has attempted to phone you to discuss the matter.
Alternatively, you are welcome to respond to my previous email sent to you and give me a comprehensive instruction in which you authorize Momentum to reinstate your Multiply benefit and give permission for the double debit.
Kind regards,
N D'Arch

Suresh Moodley from our Multiply Escalated department advised that he sent you an email regarding the arrears premiums due on your Multiply and Gym membership in order to reinstate both memberships. Suresh confirmed that he is still waiting for you reply and as you have not given him permission to deduct arrears premiums from your account, he has not been able to reinstate your Multiply and Gym membership.
We are unsure at this point how you would like Momentum to proceed - please can you advise whether you would like to reinstate any of the benefits and give permission for the arrears premiums to be deducted of if this query can be considered as closed?
Regards.
