Pathetic service Momentum Retirement Fund

I submitted my two pot claim on the 5th of September 2024, I did not receive any communication from Momentum, until I called them two weeks later and then I was told that I needed to submit my tax number . I submitted my tax number as well as a copy of my SARS statement, I was then told I should receive the money within 48 hours , I am writing this after a week from the day off submission. I have sent a several emails and no one is acknowledging them. It’s now 21 days since I submitted my claim from this **** called Momentum.
