Pathetic Service - Momentum Investo RA fund

Herewith a notification of my utter disgrace in the time taken to resolve the transfer of my Momentum Investo RA funds to PPS Investments. The matter has been open for more than 6 months and has not been resolved to this day! I am now incurring tax penalties at my employer due to this. I have received notification from Momentum that my transfer has been done, but upon questioning PPS Investments about this, they claim that the transfer has not been made. Someone *****ing my money? This service provider is pathetic - DO NOT USE THEM!!!
