Pathetic Service from Momentum

As a widower with three kids life has not been easy since my husband passed away on 2 Oct 2019.I submitted a pension fund claim and on 24 Feb 2020 I received an email advising payment will be processed within 10 working days. After the turn around time had passed and no communication from momentum I enquired I was advised they were having a problem getting the tax directive from Sars. 5 days passed still no communication from Momentum I called on Friday 13 Mar 2020 and was advised tax directive received and payment will be made on the same day or Saturday 14March 2020 and funds to reflect on Monday 16 March 2020.On Tuesday 17 March 2020 I called and sent an email to enquire as to what was happening, the agent advised funds in the authorisation que and funds should reflect in my account on Wednessday 18Mar 2020.i also received an email stating payment will be finalized on Wednesday 18 March 2020.

Today is Thursday 19March and still I haven't received what's due to me and my kids and no word from Momentum. It's really frustrating dealing with your company as no one provides feedback and the client had to be the one always found the run around. I work in a ustomer service environment and this is not how you are suppose to handle clients.

I'm honestly frustrated I'm having sleepless nights as there's payments I need to make like school fees and other things but I'm unable to do so due to Momentum not honoring your obligations.

I really wish my husband was alive as I would not be going through this if he was here. I wish none of you have to ever lose a loved one and deal with Momentum as they add salt to the wound.
