Pathetic service
Having complained on this forum two weeks ago in connection with my pension payment which I have been waiting for since January I was informed again it would take 7 to 14 days. Well it is now day 10 and still no pension. Really how long does it take. How *********** is Momentum . Are they going to pay me interest or my bank charges ???

20 Mar 2019, 09:27On 14 March 2019, our Portfolio Manager, Carl Wolter sent you an email confirming that the tax directive had been received and that the claim was being checked and would go for payment.
The payment was made on 18 March 2018 and your broker was sent the relevant payment letter and IRP5.
Kind Regards
Sue
