Pathetic service

Momentum are the most pathetic retirement administration company I ever had the unfortunate fate of dealing with for 8 weeks I have been given the run around by their *********** staff. I called in three times today only to have the call dropped. They are quite content to earn interest on my money . Yet when I keep inquiring about when they plan to pay my funds over I get the run around. Is this how your pathetic company makes money. Ignoring clients requests and hold on their funds to earn interest. Utterly disgusted
