Pathetic service

I'm very disgusted with your pathetic service. My cousin been doing a follow ups with Nokhuthula Mathebula but she seems like she doesn't take clients serious. Why is it difficult to claim for "funds at work"? I'm going to take this to the media and will esclate the matter to the Ombudsman if I don't get Any communication by close of business tomorrow will take this further . We are really ****ed with the service. I want Johann Le Roux to call us back. Someone is not doing their job there or Somewhere somehow there's ***** herein.we are also requesting all the recordings as you advised that you record all your calls. How long does it take to complete validation?
