Good day need to share the pathetic assistance or no pathetic is still a nice work my husband went on pension on 31/10 - we still waiting Momentum to pay out if you phone they busy or telling you they closing the 20th they cannot guarantee the pay out, we have telephone logs where Sanlam phoned hanging on for 2 to 4 hours only to be cutt off or to be said they still busy - there is no income how do we pay our debts ie water and light or even worse it is 7 days before Christmas we were told well if they cannot sort it out by Friday we will have to wait for the new year the money belongs to T J KOEN we did not make a loan they will not put you through management i need urgent assistance I will make sure everybody on social media is aware of this pathetic service i will advise that they must not let momentum do there pension
