Pathetic Multiply Online Shop Service
<p>I purchased a takealot voucher 5 days ago and still havent received it. I usually get my voucher within hours. I have called the call centre everyday since and i keep getting told that its been escalated. I have asked for a refund but i was told thats not possible either. I also keep getting told that someone will call me and give me and update but alas no call. I must just sit around and wait until someone gets their act together. Absolutely Pathetic!!!!!!</p>
