pathetic customer service!!
till today my matter has not been resolved! pathetic service.
Elize Bothma, made me wait for my claim to be processed and assured me it will be resolved not later than the 22/11/2024 after waiting weeks before ! yet till today its not resolved and she's giving excuses ie had enough of your pathetic customer service!!
