Pathetic customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. I did an application about 3months ago to widraw my provident fund. I filled in all paper work they said about 26 working days, nothing came. I did another application, still nothing, I sent an email to them asking what's the status on the application, I received a mail saying it's being processed. Another full month has gone still nothing. Sent another mail all I got was being cc on a mail saying hi team please assist with the below and quite after that never heard from them. Thank God I got to see how they operate as I was about to finalize with my life cover and my partner as well. Now I will not take any other products with them. If they can't pay out a small amount for a provident fund how will they pay out millions and it's clear their customer service team is hopeless.
