Pathetic Contact Centre

<p>I've been calling your contact centre for the past week and I've been sent from pillar to post. I was given the ***number and couldn't get through to that number as the calls were constantly dropped, I called the ***and was told I cannot be assisted as I'm through to the wrong department, they then transferred me to another dept where the lady that answered just hung up. CAN SOMEONE PLEEEEEEEASE CONTACT ME AS I NEED TO INCREASE MY LIFE COVER POLICY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
