I use to think Momentum is the best but hell no, they not. Ever since this two pot thing they like headless chickens and their advisors is extremely and unhelpful. There is no communication from them on what the missing information or what verifications they need to do, according to Raymond that just help me they don't cause clients needs to phone them. Two weeks ago I spoke to Pricilla and she verified my bank details, Raymond just told me the advisor on my application have not done anything and just put in the dairy. Bear in mind it will be a month on the 4th October that I app**** and they say four weeks. I want to see if the two pot manager that Raymond said will call me cause I don't think so. From Pricilla's explanation it takes about 4days after the bank details cause then it get send to SARS and then another two days for an investment something. How can you be so dishonest to your clients
