Outstanding premiums

I have a life policy at Momentum.

On 24/11/2016 I've send an email to change my banking details, they confirmed that they have changed the details (Lloyd Wellington). My new banking details are at Capitec Bank, they changed it to a Nedbank account.

They phoned me and I agreed that they can take one premium asap and the 1 outstanding premium must be deducted extra R100 every month. They agreed and did send a debit order in January.

I received a message today that I must contact them to make arrangements for my outstanding premiums. They did not send debit order for February. There is no indication that they made an effort to get it, there are enough money in my account to pay the premium as agreed to.

Do they still want my money, I surely does not look like it. Momentum, your are a poor company, why ? Don't you have competent workers ?? Looks like it.

This will be the last time that I raise this, if you continue with not doing your work, I will cancel the policy even if I loose all money paid and that is a lot.
