I also received an e-mail on the same day from momentum confirming this. However after a month of waiting I contacted momentum to find out when the pay out would be, the lady I spoke to said my claim has not been received. I did not understand this and she said the claim might have not gone through the online portal. So I contacted my employer and the claim was submitted again. The same lady then advised the money would be played out within 10-14 days. At the end of May I contacted momentum again and asked for an update, I was then informed that the pay out would take 26 days!!!!! How??? How can this be when the claim was initially submitted on April 18!!!!??? I am disheartened by this as I have been unemployed for over 3 months and the need of the funds has become urgent. Please look into this and get back to me ASAP!</p>

Feedback from our Funds at Work Department, whom dealt with your claim.
Incomplete documents were received initially on 20 May 2016, and thereafter correct documents were received on 25 May 2016 and the claim processed. The claim has now been finalised and paid this morning, funds should reflect in your bank account within 48 hours.
The turnaround time for Funds at Work claims is 26 working days, however they strive to have these completed as soon as possible and this claim was paid well within the turnaround time.
