Outrageous

<p>Hi.</p> <p>I initially submitted my provident fund pay out claim with my employer on April 18, 2016. I also received an e-mail on the same day from momentum confirming this. However after a month of waiting I contacted momentum to find out when the pay out would be, the lady I spoke to said my claim has not been received. I did not understand this and she said the claim might have not gone through the online portal. So I contacted my employer and the claim was submitted again. The same lady then advised the money would be played out within 10-14 days. At the end of May I contacted momentum again and asked for an update, I was then informed that the pay out would take 26 days!!!!! How??? How can this be when the claim was initially submitted on April 18!!!!??? I am disheartened by this as I have been unemployed for over 3 months and the need of the funds has become urgent. Please look into this and get back to me ASAP!</p>
