Once bitten twice shy - Investo Services
I'm again experiencing the humiliation of ***** and bullying service from Momentum Investo Services iro of policy claims. The withdrawal process inconsistencies and clandestine approach that accompanies it, creates an impression of being bul**** and undermined in trying to access dues ligitimacely, as a customer. The bad taste from a prior claim is being acutely revisited upon me. I don't intend prolonging my relationship with Momentum beyond this point in whatever manner.

Amazing how wailing on this service wall, illicits a response flurry.
I received a call moments later, with the consultant admitting that it is a result of my review post - proving my point of the stonewalling of my preferred initial correspondence format.
I refused the offer of a sudden telephonic clarification and insisted that my rights be respected and it be done in writing - for me to add to my paper trail for future use.
I shall keep you posted of my infuriating plight.
