OLD MUTUAL POLICY

My name is Aletta Mogoregi,ID No ***,Cell no *** n Policy No ***0.I'm heartbreaking n so stressed full by the way old mutual is treating me my baby daddy made my child a beneficiary on a life cover policy at old mutual i have submitted all the documents they requested and they told me my claim is approved they will send me date of when they are going to pay the money up until now i have not received the date n they have not pay the money its 5 months now im sending them emails they do not answer me I'm trying to call them they don't answer the phones my child is only 6 years old she needs that money for maintenance but old mutual is failing me big tym I reli dont knw what to do anymore its so stressing hello peter pls help me.
