NTRF query

I am the executor of the estate of my late mother. I phoned Momentum (Who is supposed to manage the NTRF), on 27 January 2020 to inform them of my mothers passing. I sent an email on 8 February 2020 with all the documents as requested by them. To date I have not received any feedback from them regarding the life policy and the continued payment of the monthly pension to my father. This is, to say the least, the worst experience I ever received from any retirement fund administrator. I have phoned four times since the e mail I sent to: ***, but after 60 plus minutes on hold I still have not been able to talk to any agent
