NTRF Momentum: PATHETIC

Momentum has taken over the administration of the NTRF early during 2019 and to date I have received no communication from them. I have made every attempt to raise the matter with Momemtum since July 2019 with no success. After multiple e-mails to *** which all went unanswered I tried contacting *** and got a response from Tebogo Thusi, after about 2 months. Needless to say that this dwindled and I was back at square one - no response........... My attempts to make contact by telephone was frustrating to say the least - sent from pillar to post, holding on for ever and calls merely terminated. I eventually gave up and still do not know where my retirement funds are and have never received any statements?? I started the quest to obtain required info again at the beginning of 2020 - now I have been told that Momemtum does not administer the NTRF. Other times the phone was merely put down - absolutely shocking. A NTRF-Momentum member Portal was found (https://ntrf.co.za/ntrf) - when clicking on the link to Momentum it was not surprising to find that the page is currently being maintained (https://mra.momentum.co.za/offline.html), what a joke........ The NTRF should NEVER have been moved from Alexander Forbes to Momentum. The service from Alexander Forbes have been far superior to the amateurish and ***********s shown by Momentum. I cannot understand how Momentum can be trusted to administer the NTR or any other pension fund.
