Not liking the momentum

i started my 2pot withdrawal claim on whatsapp on 25 March 2025 which was quite simple but on the 28th i received an sms that my claim cannot be processed due to tax issues. i called your contact centre and i was advised to send a Sars notice of registration which i gladly sent same day. now this is not the 1st time i encounter this problem. on monday the 31st of March i got another sms from Momentum stating i need to go to SARS. i have been to SARS twice this year already and there is nothing they can do for me. i have 1 tax number and that tax number is on the Notice of registration i have already sent to Momentum. someone needs to do their job and make a manualy payment to me. please stop sending me smss to go to SARS. Please do your jobs.
