not knowing the banking industry
Can you believe that the call centre agents do not know all the banks in South Africa. I listed a bank's name that is not on the lips off all South Africans, they believe I am emigrating. how absurd. Do they, Momentum, not train their staff? do they, Momentum, not update their list of SA banks? really very sad that we must life in a country with such poor service!
