Not happy with my investment

I am not really happy on how my investment withdrawal is handled...I did send a requested for withdrawal to be made days ago an still getting massage that I didn't submit anything...this means thee whole withdrawal Is not attended to an payments will be delayed...when I call consultant keep putting me on hold they promised to call back am still waiting for their call..when we save money we save for such emergency an now this...Momentum please help me get my money back like you said 3 to 6 working days...
