Not able to use Multiply card to buy movie tickets

I tried to purchase movie tickets and apply the discount offered by Multiply when purchasing movie tickets at Nu Metro. <br> <br> Unfortunately, I wasn't able to buy tickets last Friday and Saturday and take advantage of the free movies during the month of January.<br> <br> I'm disappointed because I wasn't able to do it online and had to drive to the cinema on two occasions and be told that the system was still not working on Momentum's side. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Momentum Health Momentum by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
