Not a Cent Payed Out To Sole Beneficiary

My sister passed away last year, so Transnet called me in to complete pension funds forms after notifying me that I was the sole beneficiary of her pension fund. I have gone through all the channels, even went all the way to Johannesburg for an interview with them (Momentum), only to find out later that they gave every cent of my late sisters money to someone else. <br> <br> We can not get any answers from anybody. We suspect that they gave all the money to my sisters friend, which is totally unfair, as they where not married, she did not live with him on a permanent basis, and she was not at all financially responsible for him in any way.<br> <br> I am not greedy, I just feel that this is injustice, this money should have come to me, as I am the sole beneficiary for which my sister signed. How can they just decide to give her money to someone else? What is the point of naming a beneficiary at all then? I did not receive a cent, not even 1 %, and I am being treated poorly by Momentum. They refuse to talk to me, they refuse to give me any explanations whatsoever.
