Nonsensical poor service
I sumbitted to Momentum Health Multiply the full medical results of a comprehensive Physical done by a specialist physician. This included full bloods with cholesterol, Glucose level BP and numerous others. Inexplicably they still want me to get a healthcheck at Dischem This is beyond understanding... It is one of the many reasons I am considering leaving Momentum Health.
