Non Payment

I am appalled by the methods of withholding funds that Momentum utilizes. Due to Covid 19, I had a short assignment of only a month, that ended in August 2021, I still have not received payment from Momentum. After retrenchment of 7 years Alexander Forbes was able to pay out in 3 weeks as promised, no issues no qualms no need for any follow ups. Please advise as the app does not allow for payouts only transfers, the option of a consultant contacting you is available but to date no response. What is the process to receive payment as I feel I have tried everything but this issue just keeps going in circles.
