Non existent Service from Director' PA

Over the last six months, I have called the call center every month and waited for more than 30 mins every time and still not been answered so I terminated the call On 07/09/20 around midday, I called and waited in excess of 30 mins with no the phon answer so terminated the call I later called again and after a long wait the call was answered but when asking to speak to the PA to a director the call center canceled the call twice the I called the switchboard and the operator said he would get a manager to call me back I am still waiting for that call so I called again and a different switchboard operator who also said he would get a CEO's PA to call me back IT DID NOT HAPPN I AM STILL WAITING for the callback
