No urgency to resolve an incorrect tax directive

I received a RA payout in the 2026 tax year. The directive was recorded for 2025 and issued for 2026, causing a conflict on my eFiling. More than 2 months of following up, calls, over 40 emails. All I get is "it's right" or "it's paid out". Despite myself and my financial planners continuously following up, the matter isn't getting resolved and the responsible persons treat this with no urgency and no follow-through. Thinking of moving my portfolio away from Momentum and suggesting the people I've referred to Momentum do the same.
