No update on two pot claim

I submitted my withdrawal application through the online portal almost ago, but it's still pending due to a 'Waiting Tax Directive' everytime I call. No updates whatsoever and each time I keep calling I'm told it takes up to 24 hours but its more than a week. People who app**** after me within two days recieved their funds I really wish there was updates on how things are going instead of me constantly doing follow ups.
