No show

I am very disappointed and frustrated with momentum. Have been trying to get through to them for a period of 2 months now with no luck. You hold for hours waiting for assistance, you leave voice messages but they never get back to you. This is all for a claim that has been with them for 1 year, 4 months and they still can't process and finish with the claim. Not their easiest company to deal with.
